Transitioning back into Peru

With Christmas and the new year approaching, Jon had goals to finish in two weeks:  find a new house to rent; drive 13 hours to Andahuaylas to finish packing up our house and finalize termination of the contract; rent a moving truck; drive back to the coast (16 hours with dog stops and flat tire); unload moving truck; paint new house; fix and prepare house; minister in the new church; and celebrate the holidays with the family.
We are thankful to EFATA Baptist Church for allowing Nisha and the kids to stay with them until Jon had accomplished all that was needed.
We praise the Lord for Horeb Baptist Church in Los Olivos for assisting us in the transition and for their kindness.
Pastor Fidel and Jon were able to find a three bedroom house in Comas, Peru. It's just a five minute drive from the church. There's a public park in front of the house for our children and dog to run and play. We've quickly made friends with many of our neighbors and have had opportunities to witness.
